We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our Concryt team and support the operational side of our payment infrastructure. In this role, you will work closely with merchants, payment providers, and internal teams to investigate payment-related issues, monitor transaction flows, configure routing, and help ensure stable payment processing operations. This is not a traditional customer support role - it combines technical troubleshooting, operational ownership, and communication in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide merchant support via chat and email regarding payment-related and technical issues
  • Test payment methods to ensure optimal functionality
  • Investigate failed transactions, payment statuses, routing issues, and operational incidents
  • Configure and maintain payment routing rules within the system
  • Maintain and improve internal knowledge base and operational documentation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Experience working in payment systems, fintech, banking
  • Understanding of payment processing and acquiring principles
  • Hands-on experience with Postman, OpenSearch, Grafana, or similar tools
  • Ability to read and understand API documentation
  • English proficiency of at least upper intermediate level
  • Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Strong empathetic communication skills
