Technical Support Specialist

  • Provide merchant support through written communications, including chats and emails
  • Test payment methods to ensure optimal functionality
  • Configure payment routing in our system
  • Maintain and update our knowledge base


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Experience in supporting a payment system or bank
  • Understanding of acquiring principles
  • English proficiency of at least upper intermediate level
  • Highly self-organized
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong empathetic communication skills
