Responsibilities:

- Develop structured integration plans (scope, timelines, dependencies, risk assessment) and ensure delivery within agreed deadlines
- Ensure integrations comply with established internal standards, documentation requirements, and quality guidelines
- Coordinate execution across Engineering, Operations, Risk, and Business Development to ensure smooth go-live and stabilization
- Collaborate closely with the integration team and backend engineering to deliver assigned integrations
- Manage external technical stakeholders during go-live and stabilization phases
- Monitor integration performance and resolve operational issues in collaboration with relevant teams
- Provide clear and structured status updates to the CPO and relevant stakeholders
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Integration Product Manager in PSP, fintech, or payment infrastructure
- Proven experience managing outbound integrations with acquirers and APM providers
- Strong understanding of card acquiring lifecycle, alternative Payment Methods (APMs) and provider integrations, high-risk payment processing, 3DS authentication flows, payment routing and transaction lifecycle
- Hands-on experience working with APIs (REST, webhooks, SDKs)
- Practical experience using Postman
- Experience working with international payment partners and cross-border integrations
- Ability to provide clear and structured status reporting to senior stakeholders
- Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills
- SQL and data analysis skills
- Understanding of inbound (merchant-facing) API architecture and how external integrations impact internal and public APIs
- Experience improving operational payment performance
- Upper-intermediate English or higher
- Nice to have: demonstrated practical and consistent use of LLM tools and AI agents in professional workflows
