About the role:
- We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our dynamic fintech team at CONCRYT. This role requires a keen eye for financial details, especially within payment systems, and a strong proficiency in Excel. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be passionate about the intersection of finance and technology.
Responsibilities:
- Reconcile transactions with clients and partners, and sign off on monthly reconciliation statements
- Monitor cash flow through payment systems and manage account balances
- Analyze payment systems for financial efficiency and accuracy
- Conduct cost analysis, manage exchange differences, and identify cost optimization opportunities
- Contribute to the optimization of cross-functional internal processes within the company
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Preparing ad hoc reports as necessary
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements
- Knowledge of accounting transactions
- Experience working with payment systems
- Experience with SQL, Power BI is a plus
- Intermediate level proficiency in English
- Highly organized, with attention to detail and the ability to process large volumes of information
