Compliance Specialist

About the role:

  • We are looking for a Compliance specialist to join our dynamic fintech team at CONCRYT. As a Compliance Specialist at our company, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all our operations and business practices adhere to legal standards and internal guidelines. This position involves developing, implementing, and enforcing policies that promote compliance with regulatory requirements, thereby safeguarding our company's integrity and reputation in the financial industry.


  • Drafting and implementing company policies, while ensuring that all policies comply with current laws and regulations
  • Develop and maintain internal manuals for various operations, such as transaction monitoring, client onboarding and screening, etc.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new clients
  • Review and verify clients’ documentation, information and monitor activity
  • Conduct risk assessments and due diligence on new clients
  • Maintain accurate records of all monitoring activities and findings
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure compliance with internal and external standards
  • Assist in preparing for and conducting internal and external audits
  • Assist in preparing AML related documents and information for the partners


  • Proven experience in a compliance role, preferably within the financial services or payments/ crypto industry
  • Strong understanding of AML/KYC regulations
  • Familiarity with the operations of payment and financial companies
  • Ability to think creatively and adapt to changing regulatory environments
  • Flexibility: Adaptable in daily operations and capable of thinking outside the box to solve compliance-related challenges
  • This position requires the ability to work with both corporate and individual clients and documents from diverse geographical locations Experience in onboarding/due diligence of licensed and with complex ownership structure legal entities
